Initiate Your Request
Log in to your MOVA account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Safely pack the device in its original box with all cables and manuals, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton.
Ship the Product
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
